Independance Day Weekend
We had a busy weekend. We hosted all the parents for the holiday. They traveled from Oklahoma to see Alex. Not only did the parents come to Texas, but Audrey’s grandmother made the trip as well. Of course when the parents are in town, we have to go shopping. We went to Grapevine Mills Mall. Alex and Audrey got some new cloths, and we all did a LOT of walking. In fact, Alex was so tired he decided to take a nap, and Daddy was happy to push him all over the mall. On Monday, everyone left and we went with some friends to watch the fireworks show. It was very relaxing watching fireworks from a swimming pool. Although it was a fun weekend, this is the first year I didn’t light fireworks. As soon as Alex gets a little older we will have a lot of fun with the fireworks. I hope your Independance Day weekend was filled with fun and excitement. [ Click on the photo see a larger version ]
