Weight Watchers
Audrey started Weight Watchers. She attended her first meeting on Wednesday. You know what that means? I started on Weight Watchers on Wednesday, too. It’s going to be interesting. I have 43 points to use every day. I figure I can divide them up — 14 for breakfast, 14 for lunch and 15 for dinner. It actually surprises me how much I can still eat. Hopefully this will be the one, and we will stick to it, get skinny and be hot. :)
Let’s take a look at day one:
- Breakfast: A chocolate chip granola bar, bottle of Snapple White Tea = 4 points
- Lunch: 12″ Sweet Onion Teriyaki Sandwich, snack bag of apple slices, Water = 14 points
- Snack: Half a small bag of Peanuts, Water = 2 points
- Dinner: BLT sandwich (2 slices white bread, six strips bacon, lettuce, tomato - no mayo), 1 cups baked beans, Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi = 14 points
- Evening Snack: Small box of mixed fruit, Diet Sierra Mist = 2 points
Total score: 36 points out of 43.
Oddly enough, it wasn’t too bad. I felt comfortable after each meal. I am sure I will get hungrier as my points go down, but it’s not too bad on the first day. The most difficult for me is the water. I hate drinking water. The running joke is that I shower in water, I poop in water, so I don’t want to drink water, too. Trust me, it sounds funnier when I say it in person.
Audrey did pretty well, too. She had some cool Weight Watchers box lunch, but hopefully I will be able to get some of those when we go to the grocery store this weekend.

Yea! You two will be the hottest couple in no time. Although, we both know it will take less work on Audrey’s part because she’s already so sexy as it is. Good luck to you both and watch out, America, the new Brangilena - Daudrey - will soon be here!
