I had a voluntary health assessment today at work, and here are the findings:
| Total Cholesterol | < 100 mg/dL |
| HDL | 24 mg/dL |
| TRG | 71 mg/dL |
| LDL | N/A |
| Non-HDL | N/A |
| TC/HDL | N/A |
| Glucose | 102 mg/dL |
| Body Fat | 35.5% |
| BMI | 44.4 |
| Blood Pressure | 126/74 |
| Girth | 47 inches |
My low cholesterol was so low, it didn’t even register, but my HDL wasn’t high enough. I guess I need to eat more fruits, and I have to continue to work on that ole body mass thing. It could be much worse, though, so I guess I should look on the bright side, and keep waking up at 5:00 a.m. for those workouts.
